I’m sitting here next to my dog and i just cant say goodbye for the last time. Its so much more than just animal, i feel like there are only so little traces of who i used to be left anymore. And whenever i pet her or talk to her, it always reminds me of how I still did when I was younger and how that feeling of comfort always remained the same. I feel like i’ve lost myself, and a part of who I was is now going to be gone. I always used to cry because I was scared to grow old and die, and i’d cry when I thought of my dog dying. But now that future that never seemed would come, is here. And time moves so quickly. One second, i’m five years old, pretending i’m a powerpuff girl, next second i’m 19 and I feel like I want to die. I just hate change and i’m so scared of growing up. And i dont want to say goodbye to it.
